Valentine's Day is in the rearview — and it was a good one. Sold out, standing ovation for the kitchen. But Chef Michael Luth doesn't do encores. He's already on to the next thing.
Here's what's happening at Salty Zebra Bistro in Jupiter, FL this week — and there's a lot.
We're Open Later Now
You asked, we listened. Every weeknight we're now open until 8 PM, with Friday and Saturday service running to 9:30. That means you can actually finish your day, take a breath, and still get a proper dinner in Jupiter without rushing. No more checking the clock at 7:45.

Sunday Supper Is Back — Chatel Farms Veal Meatloaf
Every Sunday, 5-8 PM, we do a family-style roast. This week Chef Michael is working with Chatel Farms veal for a meatloaf that's about as far from your mom's version as you can get (sorry, Mom). $70 feeds four. $30 if you're flying solo. Takeout's available too — grab it on the way home.

The First Fire Prix Fixe — $45, Three Courses
Tuesday through Saturday, 5-6 PM. Three courses, $45 per person, and the menu rotates based on what's fresh. This is Chef Michael doing what he does best — taking what showed up from the farms that morning and turning it into something worth talking about. If you've been curious about Salty Zebra but haven't pulled the trigger, this is your move.
Spring Training Starts Thursday
Roger Dean Stadium is about to fill up with baseball fans, and Jupiter, FL turns into a whole different town. We're right here for pre-game dinner or a post-game meal when you don't want stadium food to be the last thing you tasted. Palm Beach County has plenty of chain restaurants near the stadium — we're not one of them.
Get on the List
We just launched something called Wildly Personal — sign up at saltyzebrabistro.com/preferences and tell us what you're into. We'll remember what you like, send you stuff that actually matters, and skip the noise. Because if you're going to get emails from a restaurant, they should feel like they're from someone who knows you.
See you this week. Reservations at saltyzebrabistro.com or just walk in — we'll make it work.
