Without the white tablecloths. Without the attitude.
"Punches way above its weight class."
We built The Salty Zebra for people who love fine dining but hate what it's become. No stuffy service. No $50 foams. Just serious cooking from a Michelin-trained chef in a room small enough to hear your date.
Plus 15 at the bar. Small enough that the chef might stop by your table. Intimate enough for the conversation you actually came to have.
We age La Belle Farms duck in-house. Not because it's trendy. Because it concentrates the flavor in a way you can taste from the first bite.
Chef Michael Luth trained at Michelin-starred Dusek's in Chicago. He came to Jupiter to cook the food he believes in, not the food that wins awards.
After 25 years in Chicago kitchens—including Michelin-starred Dusek's Board & Beer—Chef Michael Luth moved to Jupiter with one goal: build a fine dining restaurant where technique serves the ingredient, not the ego.
He dry-ages duck for two weeks. He rolls pasta every afternoon. He comes out of the kitchen to talk to guests. That's not marketing. That's just how he cooks.
"The chef came out and spoke with us" — what our guests say most often.
A taste of what we're serving. Full menu changes seasonally.

One of the best experiences we've had at a restaurant. Every single dish was delicious! You can feel the quality of the ingredients and the passion that is put into their food.

The food was absolutely amazing! The decor and vibe is something to enjoy as you dine. My wife and I cannot say enough about Salty Zebra — a simple must when in the Jupiter area.

I had the most unexpectedly incredible dinner. The chef personally came out to present the dish. If you haven't been to The Salty Zebra yet, you're missing out.
